Hello. I cannot message you directly and there is a huge issue. When receiving my reservation for 2/12/25 @ 5:30 the picture shown looked like a google document. That was already a red flag. We then went to the restaurant because we normally never had a problem with appointment trader. As we entered we were denied because they stated that the reservation was canceled awhile ago due to suspicion. Therefore we need a refund for our purchase. There is no way we paid $230 just to not be able to have dinner. We always use this platform for the restaurant Tatiana and have never had an issue. This is highly unacceptable. Please provide a refund, if not I will email the company.
